Please make sure to add your personalization before check out and double check SPELLING of child's name(s) as we do not do refunds if the error is on your part. 
*The best part of the personalization is that we use HTV (which mimics the appearance of embroidery) which does not show through on the other side of the Sshlumpie's plush like embroidery would.
